After Hurricane Ivan in 2004; my wife Terry decided to launch her famous "Shrimp Gumbo" that is a secret family recipe dating all the way back to the 1900's on my side of the family who were true Cajuns from New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana. Living along the Gulf of Mexico there are many recipes that originate from the natural seafoods and vegetables that are grown along the coast. Terry has refined this recipe into one of the most delicious "Shrimp Gumbo's" to be found anywhere along the Gulf Coast. Many claim they have the "Best" Seafood Gumbo; however, until you have tried "Terry's Original Shrimp Gumbo" you cannot truly decide who has the best Gumbo. Fresh Frozen and packaged in the Boil in the Bag makes for easy preparation & serving over your favorite rice. Each package consists of approximately 3 -4 servings.
